a. Outer diameter range:  

Hot-rolled tubes: ≥32 mm (maximum up to 630–900 mm)  

Cold-rolled/cold-drawn tubes: 5–200 mm (precision tubes as small as 5 mm)  

b. Wall thickness grading:  

Hot-rolled: 2.5–75 mm (thick-walled tubes up to 200 mm)

Cold-rolled: 0.25–12 mm (ultra-thin wall ≤ 0.25 mm)

c. Length standards:

Hot-rolled fixed length: 6 m/12 m; non-fixed length: 3–12 m
